Chelsea Covington Maass
Plastic boats shine wet beneath moonlight. We clutch in the dark—strangers, lovers, babies. All hungry. We become one search, a spotlight aimed abroad, scraping over whitecaps for a hint of soil. Our heads high as necks can stretch, unbroken.
Chelsea Covington Maass lives in Philadelphia. She teaches writing at two area colleges. Her published work can be found at Shotgun Honey, HOOT, and Literary Mama.
